ive read that you liked logic charaters and now i gonna explain everything, a fews things you maybe already know but anyway. you aslo said it was ok to com up with a personality and story! but the owner can change it how much they want or just romove and com up with a totally new story, can ofc the  owner can change the design how mush they want! 

This is Tore, hes middle aged man. On his free time he make clothes, jewerly and other stuff which he sell in the town. He lives near mine, which he found, and he got minerals, gold and other stuff from which he make jewerly of. He often make beautiful jewerly for the nobility people, his jewerly are seems as exotic and unice collection. The nobility people usually brags about his jewerly for the other nobility people, and who have the latest and the best and such. but he dosnt care. The only reaction he cares about is the childerns, on his free time he also make toys, which he give the towns childer. He loves childern, because he understand them better. childer lives in the now and are happy and tell the truth.
He loves to make nice looking things, All he wears he have made by himself. He hunts and build so he is self supporting. He lives in the north, in the woods, between mountains. He lives alone, he love silence. 
He often get mission, if they take place near where he lives. he hate to work togheter with people but it happended, and the people who have worked togheter with himm are not so happy with him. Becuse Tore hate things that take important time which he seem to see as unnesessary. Like when the others stop to read the map, Tore just keep walking, becuse he knows where he goes, and he think its unnesessary to look at som dumb map! or if people smal talk with him, like, "how nice weather we have today!"he just walk away, in the middle of a conversation. He neve been in a school, so he cant read or do such much math and other things. He lived with his loving grandmother bc his parents was killed or somthing. And his grandmother have teach him everything. He is wery good with herds, know the ways to everywere, and he knows everything to survive. Because he have all these surviving skills, he always have the minimum things when he goes out and hunt or on a mission, so everytime somone else is out with him, they have many things but he thinks that that is unnesessary and dumb, its just slow them down.
He is wery loving and caring person but  he seems like an odd kinda boring and silent type. He wish he had childer, but he never met a mom that he liked. they usully to talktive. 

Clothes and appearance.
in the first pic, its when hes outside, on mission and when hes hunting. and on the pic to the right, is what he wears when hes alone home. He love to wear jewerly. And he actually cares about his appearance more what one can think of. I would have done a third, if i had time, what he would wear in the summer in town.

I took inspration of out native people where i live. i live inn Sweden, and we call our people for "same" [sam-e (?)] and aslo esikmo people www.kurbits.nu/wp-content/uplo…
every piece have he made and also decorate. He have a belt made of a bear arms. He wrap his tail, so it dosnt freze, but he usually have it tuckin his pants or shirt. in his bag, he have herbs if he would be wounded. He also have a hat, which is wery important! because of his earings, is he would have his ear outside when its cold, they gonna get frost damage! And his wierd looking shoes? they just look like that because its easier to walk in snow with wider shoes, they also have reindeer hoove marks, so when he walks in snow it look like a raindeer have passed. 
he isnt afaarid of people find him, but he think its sooo boring with people who gonna talk to him, and he dosnt take that chance... 
He have many scars, which he got from bears and suchs, he often sewing and healing them himself, specially afterhis grandmother died. Butdosnt feel sorry for himself, that would just waste his time! the scar over his eye, was of a bear, the same bear he have as belt... he dosnt seem like that kind of person, but he if he get the chance he like too revenge. but not if you need to plan it, if he start to plan a revenge, then the person must have done somthing wery bad which they gonna regret big time! but somtimes, he jsut sees a opening and take it. I couldnt choose between a glass eye or a broken eye. i choosed a broken eye because it looks cooler... ive seen people with damage pupils, the look like draged.. draged pupil across the eye. He can see som blurry things with that eye but not much. If he damage the other eye, he would probably kill himself, becuse then he wouldnt be able to work with the things he love, and he would never be able to se a child smile.
about his body and face: he have high cheekbones, which you can both see on same and eskimo people. he have cat looking eye. He have dirty blond hair, with darkining tops, i saw it was uniqe to northen people! he have a long straight nose, becuse its easier to breath in cold weather with that kind of nose, and thats kinda why nordic people have straight and african have curved nose, becuse its easier to breath in hot weater with curved nose! he have shoulder long hair, he usually have it the way he have in the pic, with som braids and a updo back of his head. he also have a braid in his beard and smotimes beads in it.
About the tatto, He have a burn mark over his back with the sign you see in the pic. his grandmother gave it to him as a protection when she was dying, so she would know he always was safe! The mark is a rune from the viiking whichs means "protection"
